and when this becomes mainstream, what is your plan to migrate delivery drivers into other positions so as to not put several hundreds of thousands of people out of jobs?

It actually could create more jobs by opening the pool of "drivers" to those who do not own vehicles. They might act more as servers, focusing on hospitality.

As a pizza person tips make me more than minimum wage so unless you're willing to pay your employees something for their work please don't try to take away drivers jobs

You can not fight technological progress. If your career is outdated, you have to retrain for modern skills. We can't hold progress back for the handful stuck in the past.

Extremely true. We can’t discount the reasons why we strive for new success to make life better for everyone. So that has to be a huge factor.
