because you realized that you weren't actually trans..... even if you started transitioning medically, you realized that you WEREN'T actually that gender. so no, you didn't have a true ~transgender experience~ bc, shockingly, you weren't trans. how hard is this to grasp? 2/2

I completely forgot to specify that this is just for people who detransition bc they realize they're not trans, not people who have to stop transitioning or hold it off for economic or medical reasons. sorry for not specifying it didn't even cross my mind

- is harmful!!" because it's just like, of course it didn't work for you. transitioning only really helps trans people. that shouldn't even need to be said? but the vast majority of detrans people simply made a big mistake and should be encouraged to help others not do the same.

This does fail to take into account people who dwtranaition for other reasons -- I know a couple people who had to stop their transitions because of financial or social reasons (such as harassment) and re-transitioned 5, 10, 15 years later.
