Nothing says they can't, but once you start picking and choosing which content to allow you cease to be a platform and begin to be a publisher. Right now many social media sites argue they are platforms, not publishers, and are exempt from certain regulations. 1/2

Indeed, YT & Twitter can delete content ban accounts as they deem fit, they are not required to provide services to anyone they wish not to be associated with. thats the bottom line These screams need to stop, "conservatives" can start their own 'no rules' tumptube & trumptter

Actually, it only protects its right to delete content based on a universally applied uniform set of rules. These social media companies are clearly curating content based on the direction of the wind.
