Actually obesity causes around 30,000 deaths a year in the UK so it's a real problem along with knife crime, poverty etc etc

I didn’t vote Tory. But I agree with you. Starts from the top. My issue is the cowardly way Sadiq won’t go on GMB to talk about it. He knows Piers will eloquently crucify him as he knows he is actually doing nothing on knife crime.

It is all part of an over-arching strategy. No junk food = fitter, fitter = more able to run and hide in a gender-neutral lavatory when threatened with a knife. Genius!

Warped people seem to think @SadiqKhan has been handin out knives for young people to kill each other. The police r there to protect us but their funding has been cut so they can't appoint new officers to be on the front line to prevent attacks, wtf has that to do with the Mayor

Maybe the fact he took away the stop and search powers from the police in the first place?

Or maybe the fact that central government have removed all policemen from the streets through years of austerity?
