@JedediahBila @piersmorgan no, it limits risk. Just how young people have higher insurance, can't drink til 21, etc. with age comes wisdom.

@JedediahBila @piersmorgan amendments are just that-amendments. They were written before today's technology was even possible. Times change.

@boimabla @piersmorgan Have a strong suspicion that the vast majority of Americans would object to that proposal. But let's have that debate
