Yt policy is any hurtful language right? Who decides what is hurtful language?? People can find anything hurtful. Including things like calling people idiots which he did in a youtube against creators or somthing like that you can look for it . It should come up. 1/2

How many times have i explained this to u???? Youtube is a private company so therefor they can do what they want so yes free speech doesnt come into play even tho it does at the same time because steven practiced free speech. The problem is that if youtube 1/2

2/2 decides to ban him for hurtful language bcause someone said its hurtful to them. Then it opens up the door to banning many many othr youtube creators because someone else can claim they are hurt by their language. The word hurt is very loose.

Also i read about the yt policy of hurtful language and it actually only applies if the video itself was made to hurt or attack that person. And none of crowder videos were made for that point/reason so actually crowder broke no rules...
