I'd like to see a forensic over how it got this bad. But I doubt we'll know at least the next years.
Angry gamers. CDPR management is where you should take your #Cyberpunk2077 anger, not the devs. Wouldn't surprise me if many devs knew the shitstorm that was to come but couldn't/were too worried to voice their concerns.

Probably. Not sure if there's a whistleblower policy in CDPR though I know suits and devs don't mix based on previous experience.
