The trials are reported in the New England Journal of Medicine and Lancet. They are freely accessible. Pubmed also makes available ALL covid19 related science. We are seeing that the efficacy is long-term enough to curb the spread. Delaying vaccination contributes to spread.

A lot of what has been done “in medicine” may have been the best we had but wasn’t that great. Previous chemo and rad protocols often were worse than the disease and cancer docs didn’t want to talk about survival rates and quality of life a lot. That’s changing quickly
