It’s much easier to cut out 500-1000 calories a day than to add a couple hours of hard working out a day. Workout to maintain and build muscle and bones, adjust nutrition to change bodyfat. This isn’t new, consumers just want an easier option and fall prey to fitness marketing.

IMO I would rather add exercise than take food out. More nutrients more results...
