    The perception of being unpleasant when they advocate for the ppl they are caring for is amplified for female caregivers, who like female employees, are often seen as bossy, obnoxious, unpleasant rather than being seen as leaders, decisive, persistent & committed.

    Canadian lawyers can work in other provinces 100 days a year and easily transfer their license (sauf Québec). This isn’t a constitutional issue; reciprocal recognition is an easy workaround. Docs can learn from lawyers!
