    OpenSea # market guide promises that "your item will forever be safely stored and will never be lost or missing". From a digital preservation point of view, "forever" is nothing short of a miracle in exchange for a "gas" fee

    Are there proposals or working models of token-based support for open source developers, either via crypto micropayments or community reputation tokens? I'm thinking of a more universal currency than, say, stars on Github or karma on Reddit/Slashdot.

    The BitList is a crowd-sourced ranking of digital materials for digital preservation risk. Cloud Storage is latest addition to "Vulnerable" list. If you migrate your optical media to cloud storage, you will go from "Critically Endangered" to Vulnerable.

    For starters, the tense is wrong, "has articulated its identity" implies the past, unlike the present tense "permet au peuple québécois d’exprimer son identité". Also, "the instrument", implies that there is only one such "instrument". I don't read that in the French version.
