It doesn't matter if he gets tested or not. Physicians will treat his symptoms as clinically indicated. Treatment would be the same for any other viral respiratory infection whether it was the coronavirus, flu, or common cold. It all just depends on the severity of his symptoms.

But the testing is important so this particular virus can be traced and contained so yes, it does matter.

To be fair, CPR almost without exception exchanges the germs of the victim to the CPR performer. Dude should just assume he has it.

Read of cases where hospital wont admit until test done but wont test until person very sick. 31 yr old in Utah was so sick by time agreed to test him he went into respiratory failure & had to be ventilated immediately. In ICU for days. Shortage of tests is due to Trump’s greed.
