Don't just answer the question as asked. Use every one as an opportunity to explain what you have learned and how you have improved. And don't be afraid to give examples of when you've made real mistakes. As long as you've reflected they are good.

Whatever you do, don’t be vague with your answer. Always back it up with an example of what you’ve done (especially if it’s around team work). Know how you’d prioritise a scenario and what to do if things don’t go as planned. Good luck

Be yourself, know NHS values and try get them into most answers, always reflect on a situation you’re describing and say what you learnt from it. Don’t be afraid to get them to repeat a question/to word it differently. Oh and smile!! Get your personality across
