April 26, 2021: “San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin on Monday charged a man with murder in the death of a 7-month-old boy, after declining to prosecute him in two domestic violence cases, and his office said it would review its policies to prevent similar tragedies.”

Every DA releases criminals who go on later to commit crimes. Boudin does it less than his predecessor.

His predecessor was Gascon. Sorta sad that you use him as a comparative model

Facts aren't really your strong point here are they?

Violent crime is down since Boudin was elected. Maybe that's Covid, but in any case, it is down. Murder is up a bit but less than in the other 25 largest cities in the US.

Boudin ran on a campaign of decarceration. The jails have 45% fewer people than when he was elected. Again Covid might have something to do with this, but he did what he was elected to do.

You literally don't know how ranked-choice voting works. He was ahead in every round.

Uh, no he wasn’t. Loftus was ahead but failed to secure a majority. Many of her voters opted not to select a second or third place vote. Had there been no ranked choice system in place and a runoff instead, Loftus would have won
