@petvalu My cat died this afternoon. Both Dufferin + Queensway stores refused to return an unopened bag of his food, for different reasons.

At Dufferin waited my turn in line, explained situation. Cashier asked me to step aside so she could help 4 customers behind me.

She wouldn’t take food as I must’ve bought it at another location (Dufferin is regular but happens from time to time). That’s fair.

Drove to Queensway location where I bought the food. Cashier looked me up in the system and said ooh sorry it’s just over 30 days.

Of course i’d called in advance, asked if that would be a problem. Was told no given circumstances + unopened bag expired in 2017.
