How are you offering alternative methods when you dont have online shopping? I need to buy food for my dog and you guys are the only ones who carry it but how am I suppose to order and pay for it?

I did ask them and they weren’t sure how they were going to handle payment.

It depends on the store - all take credit cards over the phone, but some take etransfers or have portable debit machines.
