I already called into your customer service, it was the miamisburg Ohio location. I had a friend visit the hamster and there has been zero change in his care. You guys should really give them what they deserve.
The care and well-being of all our animals is of the utmost importance to us. We have notified our Operations Team for follow up and review with the store.

I would love to speak with your operations director about how petvalu could be the leader in small pet care. The care you give your hamsters and rabbits is incorrect and what’s worse is you give that info to customers. These animals aren’t throw away pets.

The same with the reptiles. I am so tired of seeing monitors kept in tiny <10 gallon enclosures.
