My two dogs (males, Shih-Tzu mix and Lhasa mix) were fed Acana for 9 years. The Shih-Tzu died last year of congestive heart failure. The Lhasa is still going strong, happily. I had an Echocardiogram done on him-no heart damage. I would not feed Acana again until more is known.
