I like being able to use "en" without "IE", "GB", "NZ", "AU" which always struck me as unnecessary. I see that "en-US" is different though.

You can stack options on top of each other. Can add the emoji stuff (see blog.2ndquadrant.com/icu-support-po) to options from my example. Just works.
