EXPLAIN ANALYZE for parallel query doesn't seem to report the info about Sort Method, for now... #PostgreSQL

Yes if EXPLAIN ANALYZE must return the same info even in parallel mode. But not sure if that's true, to be honest...

Why not make it work, though? Sort still occurs serially. It's just that the PlanState isn't "accurate" in leader.
