If an anonymous DBA group gets created to talk about alf_node_properties, I will gladly join 😅. But it's true it's a pity there is not yet a way to tell/guess the progress in the vacuuming indexes.

alf_node_properties_pkey probably has multiple insertions points (since it has 4 int cols)...something like this might help: git.postgresql.org/gitweb/?p=post

Other indexes look like low cardinality tag style indexes, so this looks several pathological cases for B-Tree implementation all together.
