Yeah, while useful, definitely not going to help in this case.
I know many installations that just fully reindex it every night. Even more important&common on some other databases than PostgreSQL...

It's designed to complement my bottom-up index deletion work, so I wouldn't rule out the possibility that some indexes won't need to be vacuumed too often in Postgres 14...hard to say
