What? You like the name of ? Nobody knows how to pronounce postgre[s[s[QL]]], even write it, google search it, uppercase it, and even how to abbreviate it (PG12, PG, PSQL...). What can be worse (except of course)?

It's just like how everyone calls it the 'Sears Tower' and not the 'Willis Tower' after the renaming.
Nobody says 'PostgreSQL'. It's Postgres. I have never heard Stonebraker call it anything else.

I regularly hear Postgre, Postgre SQL, Postgres SQL, collectively I hear all of those more commonly than Postgres or PostgreSQL, people get it wrong more than right

We should just cut our losses and change it back. It’s stupid.
