Very exciting feature list and great write up. "It's clear to me that a certain proportion of application developers are allergic to putting business logic in the database system", is there a name for the opposite problem?

Maybe, but I don't know what it is. I fully understand why they don't like putting logic in the DB. It happens to work very well for certain things, though.
