Sigh. So my ScanSnap is working fine on Sierra, but I can't install the update cuz it says ScanSnap Manager is not installed. Not happy.

@peternlewis Maybe you had a too-old version of the software installed, like me?

@mjtsai possible, how does one update it then? They responded quite quickly to my request, but still waiting on more info.
