Not sure what changed, but Mountain Lion Mail stopped using LCD font smoothing. Now if only Safari and PDF views would fall in line…

@mjtsai Have you ever tried setting AppleFontSmoothing via defaults write specifically for apps where you want it disabled?

@petermaurer Yes. But I think this is a different problem. I never want to see LCD font smoothing anywhere.
