Version 1.4.1 does run on Sierra (whereas 1.4: PPC only, and 2.0: GC). But it only goes up to 128x128 icons, and scaling doesn't work.

If anybody wonders why I'm still hesitant about ARC, this is why. (See also: pref panes, where GC was first mandatory, and then illegal.)

@petermaurer@mmunz Yeah, converting the C API uses seemed like a lot of trouble, with lots of opportunity to introduce bugs.
