    Pete has the same problem we had in 2016. No depth, desperately trying to convert early momentum into votes in high-delegate states. Of course momentum helps but Bernie is going to win this time because we have been organizing beyond just IA and NH, into NV/SC/CA/TX/Super Tues.

    Folks this process is arcane and stupid. Bernie won because he won the popular vote. SDEs determine whether the media will let us have a mini victory lap but we have already won. There is no moral justification for their obsession with this obviously ridiculous metric

    SDEs are allocated by multiplying the proportion of county-level delegates won by the number of SDEs allocated. So if you get half the delegates and there's 10 SDEs you get 5 SDEs. In this case the # of SDEs will be either 5.6 or 11.2 depending on if turnout hits 601.
