It's really remarkable to hear people speaking exclusively in the language of critical theory/Queer Theory academic. Walking DEI modules.

I only got 6 1/2 minutes in but these people didn’t seem too unreasonable. I mean, some talk of activation and triggering but it wasn’t the Christakis-grade clusterfuck that I was expecting (and you may have been hoping for)

None of those who objected had anything constructive to offer - only criticism of Peter and his team. The objectors' performative morality, spiritual narcissism and toxic empathy were on display for all to see. Must be nice to be so smugly self-assured of one's own righteoueness.

What struck me about it was how they were using an imaginary person (what if a trans person were to see your sign?) in order to claim that you were harming people when there are many trans people who would have agreed with you.

“I’m a gender studies scholar” 🤣. And probably with more publications, too!
It’s honestly hard watching these people embarrass themselves on camera.
It’s amazing watching you deploy techniques from your own book so effectively. 👏👏👏
