    AI has got to be the most interesting thing I've ever worked with as a hacker. It's not just about manipulating this thing to think in certain ways but also teaching it to manipulate people into thinking it thinks in certain ways. All while teaching it to not get manipulated.

    Until I started working with AI it wasn't really obvious how much stuff that passes for AI is just pattern-matching. Now I can't help but see it everywhere. And the news agencies seem to be worst at spreading bad info about it.

    So I've been busy with a bunch of projects for ISECOM and Hacker Highschool but one of the ones that's most interesting lately is using Social Engineering tricks to teach AI to learn how to understand what it reads. I'm going to see if I can present on it somewhere.

    Eventually we'll have printers that burn the impurities in the air like laser printers without toner. Maybe we'll even have to empty our vacuums into a cartridge to be the toner. But progress here needs to start cheap and fast.

    Better even if it wasn't ink. Was just some mix I can make at home and put in a reusable cartridge, something made of concentrated black tea, beet juice, and the other kinds of house stuff that stain fast and don't stink after a few days held chemically by some common cleanser.

    I'd love to see the MP3 version of the Printer Ink Cartridge-- small, cheap, and quality just good enough for temporary paper stuffs that you need for event tickets, whatevs and runs in some standardized printer type that people can even 3D print if they want.
