    Rich and Complex are in the midst of an unprecedented run of entrepreneurship, seeing around corners, and creating the future. Can’t want for the next chapter and feel so luckily to have the opportunity to learn from Rich and the Complex crew

    My Love Letter to & the team that have meant so much to me for the last 20 years. It was always was about SO MUCH more than just building a business. We put on so many unbelievably talented people that might have otherwise not gotten the shot they most certainly deserve.

    Yeah, NYT is basically a Netflix for news and commentary: An abundance of content, much of it mediocre or even bad. But a lot of it great, and some essential enough to make NYT a must-have. A virtuous cycle for expanding content and growing subs. And (surprise!) a solid business.

    Really interesting point by on today: for only $2 billion/yr, we could employ 20-30k journalists nationwide and produce high quality, investigative reporting that’s freely available online. How do we make it happen?
