    There are some great community tips in this article. "You need someone who's almost an anthropologist of the people using your product ... But you also need someone who's a systems thinker, particularly when you’re scaling quickly."

    This is really good for us newsletter-ers. Especially interesting is the emphasis on *who* you're creating for, over *what* you're creating. (The what, of course, is important; but it's secondary to the who.) Really good stuff.
