Whenever I have a negative experience with technology, I have to resist the urge to tweet about it. Programming is really hard, and the people making the tools I’m using have to make decisions, each of which involves a trade off. I’m not there; I don’t know the circumstances.
When I complain about software, I mean to complain about the business behind it, often because they have invested the minimum resources required to keep people using it. Perhaps I should make this clearer.

Yeah, I’m trying to be more clear, more specific about that kind of stuff. Brevity at the expense of clarity is a communication anti-pattern.
