Shouldn't be a problem, especially since what you get out of lucetc is a static library. Swift-Sodium ships statically compiled C libraries that don't use Bitcode, and apps on the App Store have been using it for a long time without any issues.
Do we expect to be able to get apps using WASM/Lucet into the Apple App Store?

That being said, all it can emit right now is x86_64 code. Give it some time to support other architectures.
