That explains why FGM has been hard to combat in war torn countries. That doesn’t mean the cause should be abandoned. Same for MGM.

Conflation does not constitute a logical counter argument. You are beating your chest about NTMC not FGM. Don’t conflate. It is disingenuous.

Either you are woefully ignorant or you intentionally lie. Ritual Clitorial Nick, is just a symbolic piercing of the superficial epidermis of Praeputium clitoridis (more minor than ear piercing) in order to prevent FGM. It is totally different procedure than FMG or MC.pic.twitter.com/xWtqfzC603

The nick is illegal and its suggestion by the AAP was retracted after condemnation by the UN.

Please stop accidentally or intentionally promulgating misinformation. You clearly cannot differentiate between different procedures. FGM is wrong & illegal. Praeputium clitoridis epidermal Nick has no relation to FGM. I don’t advocate even that. But get your facts right.

The WHO classes the nick as FGM type 4. Their call, not mine.
