Yes, I do. It's a word with a variety of very similar meanings, most of which involve the removal of some part of body. Circumcision, when performed on little boys, is the amputation of their foreskin (it's also child sex abuse, but that's beyond the scope of your question).

I reiterate that foreskin is not in itself genitalia, and so to refer to circumcision as genital amputation is incorrect. Further, I submit that you use incorrect terminology intentionally for the drama, in an attempt to inspire a more emotional reaction to your statement.

Look at it this way, my simple friends. Genital amputation = removal of the genitals, yes? So someone who had their genitals amputated would be unable to reproduce, as genitals = reproductive organs. How do you explain the circumcised men in the world who have fathered children?
