And like seriously who cares if a girl as a preference for cut vs uncut? Girls have preferences for beards or no beards but that doesn’t stop them being attracted to a guy even if he goes against that preferences. Attraction isn’t so black and white.

The problem is that female preference in this case causes non-consenting genital mutilation of children

I know a woman who plans to circumcise any sons she has simply because her female friends think foreskin is “gross”.

The popularity of circumcision in America was not started by a group of women coming together and deciding it was an aesthetic thing. It was pushed by religious doctrine. And it’s currently maintained by lack of education.

Thank you for speaking out. However if you participated regukarly in the
#intactivist movement you would see repeatedly, mothers circumcising their sons because they think foreskin is gross1 reply 0 retweets 2 likes -

Yes because currently that’s the state of American beauty norms. And no offense, your schooling sucks on improving it. I’m in Europe where circumcision is rare and I’ve only met men who are very religious do it. And women here do not think it’s gross.

Yes exactly. I also live inEurope, women think its normal. I grew up in the US where women think its gross. In the US this preference IS part of the problem. If a mother didn’t think « intact penis are gross » she would be much more easily convinced not to cut her son
