Appreciate the article. I would like to clarify that I am only talking about voluntary circumcision, and in particular, in 3rd world countries where access to education, healthcare and condoms are challenges. It is by no means a "cure" or "the best way". It is merely an adjunct.

The scam that is being sold to these people is horrendous. Many access to information in order to make informed decisions about circumcision. They just follow the advice of some NGO touting their debunked HIV studies. Truely disgusting.
