That’s not the same and you know it. I’ll give you an example that it a little closer though. I cut the tip of my finger off when I was 4 years old. They sewed it back on and today I can’t feel any difference.
2 things. 1) The difference is not as big as you think. 2) ejaculation is very different from orgasm. A man who prematurely ejaculates may not have had an orgasm

You are only correct about orgasm in that they are two different things, but there is very little distinction sexually. 99.999% of the time there isn’t an ejaculation without an orgasm. Only men who do lots of practice can orgasm without ejaculation.
