You should be more worried about the villages in Africa that mutilate adolescent girls’ genitalia by cutting off their clitorus and vaginal opening till they’re barely open in unsterile environments with unsterile instruments rather than a medical procedure in hospitals.

I agree. But going all ‘intactivist’ on someone’s tweet that chooses to give sanitary information to those that have chosen to circumcise isn’t the way to go about it. Personally I wouldn’t choose circumcision for my sons. But I’m not attacking those who choose to do it to theirs

Yes and your position normalizes male circ as an acceptable practice. A soon to be parent reading that tweet would have no idea of how damaging circ actually is. And now at least they do
