proper care (no retraction to "clean underneath", just cleaning from shaft to tip, nothing else) and there is no inflammation in childhood. Even if: If a finger gets inflamed, are you cutting it off or treating the inflammation accordingly?

If you cut off parts of a body the body is NOT intact anymore. No matter what you cut off. That's not a matter of opinion, that's a fact. An intact body is a body left the way it is born. That is NOT touching "works". It is really judgment free.
