As a data analysts, I hope you would agree with me that research and analysis matters. Not to say that having concerns isn't valid, especially with the history. It matters greatly that we get the policy right. But by the same token, I would hope you would do your own research.
It seems pretty important to me that the article says that upzoning could have helped make the situation better!

No, that’s not what I’m saying. I’m just saying what the article said: that upzoning can be a tool to make housing more affordable, and therefore neighborhoods more diverse. It’s one tool of many. Obviously the failures of the Seaport go far beyond zoning.
