I’m confident that GPUs are the future of typography. It’s not even that hard—people better at graphics than I am could have gone faster.

One problem is that lens distortion correction and subpixel AA do not easily mix as implemented today. I have ideas for this.

Another obnoxious problem is that conservative rasterization is more annoying to achieve when you have perspective transforms.

I thought that texture-based approaches like SDF or Slug would solve this annoying problem, but they don’t. Conservative rast. is necessary.
