We have Larkspur which is acutely traffic congested - 800+ units were proposed there - it was absurd. Hundreds of people packed a council meeting objecting. It got rescinded. With sb827 that threat returns on a larger scale.

We have dumb transit that should never have happened. We were lied to that it would relieve congestion and fight climate change on the ballot when it was really about smart growth. So long as foolish transit projects are excluded.
