Do you have an examplenof real-world code where this would help? I doubt many people move a value ten times in a row, without changing it.

For correct evaluation order in MIR, a lot of temporaries are created. Most of those can already be optimized somewhat by LLVM. Variables with a borrow that escapes into a call usually can't. Both cases have short move chains but e.g. inlining can create longer ones.
