I used to be all for a tiny stdlib, but now it feels really impaired compared to Go
Even with a good package manager? My understanding of the Go situation is that it’s turning into Python; e.g. “flag” is getting supplanted

I still use "flag" on occasion, depends on the case but I've found most of the Go stdlib is great
