So enum { A, B, C, D } is (bool, bool, bool, bool)? (Also, Go doesn’t have first class tuples, so that doesn’t work)

I think that’s in spite of its paucity of features, not because of them. Look at Swift, which has more users than Go.

Swift also has Apple forcing everyone though. I love Swift, but hard to accurately gauge here.

By being so simple it becomes hard to do anything useful. Go leaves a bad taste in my mouth personally.
