Maybe I wasn’t clear: “deliver” means it’s actually delivered those results for them. No other language has, for them. That’s a fact. You can argue that they could try some other language, and rewrite hundreds of millions of lines of code in it… but that’s not delivery yet

I get what you’re saying, but I’d put it like “We’ve built up massive C++ codebases, and continue to develop them, because of performance”. That makes the goals clear. Saying that no other language can offer the perf of C++ is a much stronger claim.
