They might be endlessly negative and probably myopic, but they're well-informed and interesting and I've learned several interesting things in those threads; however, I do wish he would focus on novel criticisms--it's tiresome how often he repeats many of the same criticisms.

Perhaps, but the comments I'm referring to rarely are corrections of misinformation as much as tenuously related interjections. And I don't protest the interjections, only the repetition.
