About 2/3 of the time if I look something up in the repo's history, I (a) remember the thing being different than it was and (b) don't remember doing any of the recorded steps that caused it to be that way, anyways. Conclusion: brains.

(Also amusing / bleak: somehow I am no longer associated with my mozilla email address which authored those commits, so github thinks I barely contributed to the project. Who knows, maybe it was all a fever dream?)
